New items in their original, unopened, unused condition can be returned for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. Super Simple is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment.
